Legacy of Athletics (New)

GCS Athletics

At Georgia Christian School, we strive for excellence in every aspect of Student Life. Athletically, we teach skills that will help them become better leaders and teammates. These are life skills that students will take with them and use in future work place environments.

We offer a range of athletic opportunities with team sports as well as individual sports for our Generals and Lady Generals. Basketball, football, wrestling, baseball, track, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, etc. give the students areas to show off their skill and hard work. We make every effort to compete up to the standards of schools in our region and in our state.

Sports excellence at GCS is a huge part of our heritage. Georgia Christian has graduated athletes who have gone on to participate in college sports at Faulkner University, Berry College, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Thomas University, Brewton Parker College, Columbus State University, Harding University, Rochester College, Middle Georgia College, Lipscomb University, North Carolina State University, University of New Mexico.

Our athletics program is just another tool we use to produce well-rounded, successful students. With our dedicated coaching staff and enthusiastic teams, we hope to do just that. If you have an interest in any of the listed sports, and would like to participate at GCS, please do not hesitate to visit with us, so that we may show you how to become a General or Lady General.
